Morgan India Private Limited, the broker on the secondary sale of up to 10,566,754 equity shares of face value of INR 5 each in Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited by Invesco Adviser, Inc. and Invesco Asset Management Limited on the screen-based trading platform of the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for an amount aggregating to approximately INR 21,340 million (USD 250 million).
