TT&A advised International Finance Corporation (the “Investor Selling Shareholder”) in sale of its partial stake in the IPO of Tata Capital Limited.

Tata Capital Limited has undertaken an initial public offering (“IPO”) of total 475,824,280 equity shares, comprising of 210,000,000 equity shares of fresh issue, 230,000,000 equity shares of by Tata Sons Private Limited (“Promoter Selling Shareholder”) and 35,824,280 equity shares by the Investor Selling Shareholder, aggregating to INR 155,118.7 million.
