TT&A advised IFC on term loans to be provided to Worldlink Communications Limited and Data World Private Limited in Nepal

TT&A advised IFC on term loans aggregating up to USD 14,000,000 proposed to be extended by IFC (supported by International Development Association Private Sector Window Local Currency Facility) to Worldlink Communications Limited and its subsidiary Data World Private Limited (“Borrowers”) to inter alia grow Nepal’s fiber networks and develop innovative data centers across Nepal to help bridge the digital divide and drive inclusive development.

Additionally, a partial credit guarantee aggregating upto USD 12,000,000 is also proposed to be extended by IFC (for its own account and, in its capacity as Implementing Entity of the IDA20 Private Sector Window Blended Finance Facility) to mobilize a local commercial bank to provide additional debt financing to the Borrowers.
