TT&A advised HCL Technologies (HCL) in connection with its strategic investment of 10.46% stake in Axonwise Private Limited (Sarvam AI) for an aggregate of INR 14,272 million.

The investment was made as part of Sarvam AI’s Series B funding round, in which HCL acted as a lead strategic investor. This independent investment by HCL Technologies will fund Sarvam’s continued research and development for training its next-generation frontier models for agentic AI, coding, and cybersecurity use cases, as well as access to compute at scale to expand its deployment across key industry verticals.
