TT&A advised HCAH and certain shareholders on a composite scheme of arrangement involving a demerger of HCAH and QMS patient support business, to build India’s largest patient support platform

 TT&A advised Health Care at Home India Private Limited (“HCAH”) and certain of its shareholders, being the Burman family and Quadria Capital in relation to the composite scheme of arrangement involving the demerger of the healthcare services businesses of HCAH and QMS Medical Allied Services Limited (“QMS”) (more specifically the patient support program solutions business for pharmaceutical companies) into Saarathi Healthcare Private Limited , a wholly owned subsidiary of QMS.

The scheme is subject to customary approvals of shareholders and creditors of the relevant companies, stock exchange, the jurisdictional NCLT, and other regulatory authorities.

The combined entity will be India’s largest patient support platform, serving top Indian and MNC pharma companies. The combined platform will operate 160+ Patient Support Programs impacting over 1.2 million+ patients, supported by 2,000+ professionals across 35+ cities, with complementary capabilities spanning patient screening, enrolment, therapy initiation, adherence, patient assistance and disease management.
