TT&A advised Guala Closures (India) Private Limited in its acquisition of the business of manufacturing, trading and sale of metal crown seals and roll on pilfer proof closures of Oricon Enterprises Limited.

This deal marks a major step in the development of the global crowns division of the Guala group and has strengthened Guala group’s industrial and commercial presence in India.
