TT&A advised FMO and Proparco in its acquisition of 6.6% and 6% shareholding in Sahyadri Farms Post Harvest Care Limited through combination of primary and secondary for a total amount of INR 142,49,99,989.77 and secondary investment by way of purchase of shares held Sahyadri Farmers Producer Company Limited  for a total consideration of INR 47,49,99,996.59 (total investment amount of FMO and Proparco being INR 189,99,99,986.36).
