TT&A advised Dalmia Bharat Refractories Limited (“DBRL”) in transfer of its refractories business to RHI Magnesita India Limited for approximately INR 1708 crores. The acquisition will enable RHI Magnesita India to increase its presence in the high growth Indian refractory market. Through the addition of production capacity in important industrial locations in the south and west of India, where the Group currently has no assets, this acquisition will also help in significant network benefits and margin improvement potential.
