TT&A advised Dabur India Limited in its minority investment in RAS Beauty Private Limited (“RAS”), which is a new age luxury skincare D2C company, for approximately INR 60 crore.

This is the first minority investment through the Dabur Ventures initiative, an investment platform of Dabur.
