TT&A advised Carrier Global Corporation (“Carrier”) on the India-leg of its global acquisition of 75F Inc., a leading innovator in cloud-native, wireless, AI-enabled building automation systems. The deal involves an acquisition of 75F Inc’s subsidiaries in India i.e., 75F Smart Innovations India Private Limited and 75F Engineering Services India Private Limited.

The acquisition strengthens Carrier’s intelligent building capabilities across applications, from complex applied systems and high-growth data centers to light commercial and retrofits. The combined and integrated capabilities of Carrier and 75F accelerate Carrier’s strategy to create increasingly autonomous and self-optimizing buildings by bringing together connected equipment, intelligent controls and digital solutions in a unified platform that simplifies deployment, connects building data and enables agentic AI.
