EXPERIENCE

Neville Golwalla is a Partner in the firm’s corporate team with extensive experience advising clients on a wide array of transactions including acquisitions and divestitures (both public and private), joint ventures, private equity investments, seed funding and distressed asset acquisitions.

He particularly specializes in the Fintech sector and advising on court approved restructurings and re-organizations such as mergers, demergers and selective capital reduction schemes (minority squeeze-outs).

Neville has been highly recommended by clients in the RSG India report and The Legal 500.
