TT&A advised Avanse Financial Services Limited in connection with an external commercial borrowing (ECB) for upto USD 150 million from Standard Chartered Bank (lead arranger) and several other original lenders for its lending business.
The ECB is structured to comply with the Social Loan framework published by the Loan Market Association, the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association and the Loan Syndications and Trading Association. This is a first such financing in the Indian education financing segment.
