TT&A advised Asian Development Bank and New Development Bank along with 2 others (a private commercial lender and an export promotion lender) (“Lenders”) in relation to the term loan facilities of up to USD 345,100,000 availed by Serentica Renewables India 1 Private Limited (“Company”).

The facilities will be utilized by the Company to: (a) finance a solar-wind hybrid renewable energy captive power project in the State of Karnataka; and (b) repaying the existing project lender in respect of the loan availed by the borrower in connection with the project.
