TT&A advised American Tower Corporation (“ATC”) in the proposed sale of 100% of the equity interests in ATC Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited, as held by ATC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary entity of ATC, to Data infrastructure Trust, an Infrastructure Investment Trust sponsored by an affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management (“Brookfield”). Total cash consideration at closing, subject to certain pre-closing terms, would potentially represent up to approximately USD 2.5 billion.
