TT&A advised Ambit Private Limited which acted as the sole lead manager for the qualified institutions placement of Wonderla Holidays Limited for an aggregate size of INR 5,400 million.

Wonderla Holidays Limited is the largest operator of amusement parks in India and was listed in 2014. This was their first QIP after listing.
