Tanay Agarwal is a Partner in the Banking and Finance team at TT&A Mumbai office.

He has advised clients on a wide range of domestic as well as cross-border corporate banking and structured finance transactions. His transactions have spanned across several sectors including airports, retail, hospitality,financial services and real estate. He has advised banks, funds and financial institutions in connection with various complex transactions involving financings including in connection with listed company takeovers, asset monetizations, promoter level fund-raising, margin finance, construction finance and fund raise by financial institutions.

Tanay started his career in 2015 and was at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas prior to moving to TT&A in 2019.
