Shivranjani Ralawata is a partner in the Delhi office specializes in cross-border M&A transactions, PE investments, acquisitions, exits, join-ventures, restructuring of businesses and open offers.

With 10 years of experience, her expertise includes advising on all aspects of equity investments and transactions including advising clients on entry-level strategies and transaction structuring. She also advises clients on strategic disinvestments of public sector undertakings. She advises across sectors including education, aviation, infrastructure, hospitals, information technology, financial services and renewable energy.

Prior to moving to TT&A, Shivranjani worked with AZB & Partners at their Delhi office for nearly five years.
