EXPERIENCE

Rituparno Bhattacharya specialises in banking and financing and is considered to be a leading practitioner in the areas of structured finance, acquisition finance, debt capital markets, asset finance and trade finance. He has advised several international and Indian banks on significant cross-border and onshore transactions and regularly advises key clients such as ANZ Bank, Avendus, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank, JP Morgan and Standard Chartered Bank.

His experience includes advising on corporate finance, structured finance, acquisition and trade finance securitization’s and debt capital markets. Rituparno started his career in 2005 and was at Amarchand Mangaldas prior to moving to TT&A in 2013.

Rituparno is recognized by Chambers and Partners, IFLR1000 and AsiaLaw Profile for banking & finance practice area. He was rated as one of only 6 Indian lawyers to be rated as 40 Under 40 lawyer by Asian Legal Business (Thomson Reuters).
