Rebha Dakshini is a Partner in the firm’s corporate team with extensive experience advising on a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions including incorporations, acquisitions and divestments (both public and private), commercial contracts and employment matters. She has significant experience in the pharmaceutical  and healthcare sector and advises across other sectors as well such as insurance, information technology and financial services. She also has experience in dispute resolution matters including commercial arbitrations and regulatory litigation.

Prior to joining TT&A, Rebha was with Veritas Legal, Mumbai.
