Rahul Gulati heads the capital markets and derivatives and regulatory practice at the firm. His particular areas of expertise include advising lead managers and issuers on international and domestic debt capital markets issuances, lenders on margin finance transactions (onshore and cross-border), and financial institutions and fintech companies on payment systems, and trading, clearing and settlement of securities and exchange traded derivatives.

He also has extensive experience with the regulatory landscape and structuring of OTC derivatives in the Indian market, particularly interest rate, commodity, and FX derivatives.
