With approximately 13 years of experience, her expertise focuses on all aspects of equity investments and transactions including advising clients on entry-level strategies and transaction structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, general corporate advisory. She has advised on a wide range of domestic & cross-border transactions across key industry sectors including telecom, e-commerce, infrastructure, information technology, financial services and renewable energy.

Prior to moving to TT&A in August 2022, Punita worked with AZB & Partners at their Delhi office for nearly seven years.
