EXPERIENCE

Priyanka Kumar is a partner at TT&A with particular focus on debt capital markets and finance sector.

Priyanka has extensive experience on a wide range of international and domestic debt transactions and has worked on various orphan structures and dual level issuances out of India. Priyanka started her career in 2008 at ICICI Bank and thereafter moved to Trilegal prior to moving to TT&A.

Priyanka Kumar has been recognized as one of the Rising Stars of 2024 for India by Asian Legal Business (Thomson Reuters). She has been ranked by Chambers & Partners Asia-Pacific and Global and The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for capital markets practice area.
