EXPERIENCE

Pratika specialises in inbound and outbound strategic M&A, private equity and structured financing. He has extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of domestic and multinational corporations, private equity funds, banks and financing institutions across sectors such as financial services, industrials, education, insurance and real estate. Pratika has also worked on several hybrid transactions involving both equity and debt investments at the same time.
