Nikhil Bahl has over 11 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, General Corporate and Banking & Finance practice areas. Nikhil has successfully advised and acted on a wide range of domestic & cross-border transactions across key industry sectors (such as telecom, infrastructure and e-commerce), and advises clients from time to time on the regulatory framework in India involving the exchange control and securities laws. 

Prior to moving to TT&A in August 2022, Nikhil worked with AZB & Partners for over five years.
