Kunal Thakore has over 25 years of experience as a Corporate and M&A lawyer across jurisdictions. He has extensive experience advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including in relation to joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals (both public and private), delistings, private equity investments and corporate restructuring and reorganisations. He also advises clients (both listed and unlisted) on general corporate, compliance and regulatory (FDI and FEMA) matters.

Based in Mumbai, Kunal is also known for advising on many first of its kind transactions within the market for cross-border and domestic work. And his clients are Indian and multinational banks and corporates looking to establish and /or expand their business and footprint in India.
