Harshit Chandra is a Partner in the Delhi office of TT&A. He specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and General Corporate. He also supports the Banking & Finance and Projects & Infrastructure practice. Harshit has broad corporate experience with a focus on domestic & cross-border M&A and financing transactions including in the telecommunication, e-commerce, consumer retail and ed-tech space.

He regularly advises clients across key industry sectors on company law, corporate governance, regulatory framework involving exchange control and securities laws of India, and other general advisory matters.
