Gayatri is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice and brings extensive experience advising on international and domestic transactional, regulatory and general corporate matters including joint ventures, strategic mergers and acquisitions, insurance laws, foreign exchange laws, incorporations, data protection and ross border investments and disposals. Gayatri has also advised on various corporate restructurings (including court approved restructurings such as mergers, demergers and shareholder squeeze outs).

She has dealt with a diverse range of domestic and international clients across key industry sectors advising on various corporate and commercial matters.
