Dushyant Bagga is a part of the Corporate/M&A practice at TT&A with wide experience in advising Indian and international clients on matters across various sectors including healthcare, renewable, education etc.

His market leading experience includes advising on M&A, PE and Employment matters. He regularly advises private equity investors, venture capital, DFI’s along with global and domestic organisations on various corporate and commercial matters including fund raises, which involves, among other things, advising investors on the most viable structure options for routing their investments in India, advising them on various exit strategies etc. He also regularly advises domestic and international clients on employment and FCRA laws.

Dushyant has been named as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ for Corporate/M&A by Legal 500 Asia Pacific.

Prior to moving to TT&A in August 2022, Dushyant worked with AZB & Partners at their Delhi office for fourteen years.
