Dinoo is a Partner in the New Delhi office of TT&A, and is a member of the firm’s competition law practice. She has advised Indian and foreign clients on complex matters across various sectors such as digital markets, automobiles, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, media, FMCG, glass, etc. She has represented clients on contentious and non-contentious matters before the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and appellate Courts. She has also been extensively involved in Form I and Form II merger control approvals before the CCI.

Prior to joining TT&A, Dinoo has worked with the CCI from 2014 to 2017, including serving directly with the Office of the Chairperson and the Merger Control division of the CCI.
