EXPERIENCE

Deepa Christopher is a Partner with the firm’s corporate team advising on a variety of corporate and commercial matters including incorporations, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, foreign exchange laws, commercial contracts, employment advice and data protection related matters. She has particular expertise in the insurance sector and has advised several large foreign insurance partners on their Indian insurance joint ventures. Deepa also has extensive experience advising on the developing data privacy regime in India and has advised companies from different sectors on data privacy issues and also conducts training sessions for employees.
