Amrita specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, debt financing and general corporate advisory. She has worked across sectors like telecom, manufacturing, edu-tech, healthcare, housing finance companies, data centres, e-commerce, microfinance, NBFCs and banking. She advises multinational and Indian clients including multilateral financial institutions, private equity funds, investment banks, Japanese financial services groups and has extensive experience in cross-border transactions including acting as lead international counsel in several overseas transactions involving multiple countries in Asia and Africa.

Amrita has been recognised as a notable practitioner for mergers and acquisitions and private equity by IFLR1000 (2018-22) and as a recommended lawyer for corporate/M&A by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific.

Prior to moving to TT&A in August 2022, Amrita worked with AZB & Partners for over 16 years.
