TT&A acted as the Indian legal advisors to the investors in the US$750,000,000 6.6% secured notes due 2029 issued by Mumbai International Airport Limited (“MIAL”). The notes were issued by way of private placement and the issuance is one of the largest US private placements by an Indian issuer.

The deal has won the Debt Deal of the Year Award, 2023 (Midsize) by Asian Legal Business.
