TT&A acted as the Indian legal counsel to Barclays Bank PLC, Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore branch, DBS Bank Ltd and J.P. Morgan Securities plc in relation to the issue of US$750,000,000 5.50% secured notes due 2025 by Greenko Wind Projects (Mauritius) Limited (a company incorporated in Mauritius), an indirect subsidiary of Greenko Energy Holdings. It is the first international green bond issuance for funding an energy storage project in India.
