TT&A advised and assisted A91 Emerging Fund II LLP (“A91”) in connection with its investment into Muhavra Enterprises Private Limited (“Company”), a specialty coffee brand startup which principally operates under the popular brand name “Blue Tokai”.  A91 acted as the lead investor in the $30 Mn Series B funding round of the Company. The funding round also saw participation from existing investors in the Company including Grand Anicut Fund, 8i Ventures and a few family offices. The deal will further Blue Tokai’s journey of making Indian specialty coffee accessible to coffee lovers globally. The funding will enable Blue Tokai to offer far more diverse product offering and thereby expand Indian footprint in the global coffee market.
