Heena has over 15 years of wide-ranging experience on all legal matters in the M&A, joint venture and private equity practice area. Her experience entails advising various private equity and venture capital investors (both domestic and international), multilateral institutions as well other leading international and Indian corporations and financial institutions on all aspects of corporate & commercial laws. Heena advises clients on a broad range of transactions, including investments, acquisitions, joint ventures formations, exit and various other legal and regulatory aspects across several industries and sectors in India (including telecom, information technology, financial services, renewable energy).

Prior to moving to TT&A in August 2022, Heena worked with AZB & Partners for 15 years.
