TT&A advised Peak XV in an acquisition of 20.47% stake in Lagom Labs Private Limited (the entity behind women’s hygiene brand ‘Nua Woman’) as part of the Series C funding round of approximately USD 50 million, through a combination of primary investment and secondary transaction by offering exits to multiple existing shareholders.
