TT&A advised Carrier Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Limited on its acquisition of 39 acres of land at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh and setting up a new manufacturing facility on the same for USD 100 million.

This facility will increase manufacturing capacity to support growing domestic and global demand, with a focus on high-growth sectors including data centers, commercial, real estate and critical infrastructure.
