TT&A advised IDFC FIRST Bank Limited, acting through its IFSC Banking Unit, as the Issuer, in relation to (i) the issuance of USD 600,000,000 senior notes due 2029; and (ii) issuance of USD 350,000,000 senior notes due 2031 on a private placement basis. The bonds are listed on the Vienna MTF and are also proposed to be listed on a stock exchange in the GIFT City.

This was a debut issuance of USD bonds IDFC FIRST Bank and marks its entry into the international debt capital markets segment.
