TT&A advised Neo Investment Value Advisors Private Limited (NIVA) on its equity fund raise of INR 500 crore from TVS Capital. NIVA is a new-age premier wealth and asset management platform in India. The funding round formally places Neo Group, which already has global investors like PeakXV and MUFG on its cap table, among India’s growing list of unicorns that are valued at over $1 billion.

The investment by TVS Capital in NIVA also marks TVS Capital’s first investment in the wealth management sector where the invested capital is intended to accelerate growth and expand the Neo’ knowledge-driven investment solutions within the evolving Indian wealth ecosystem.
