TT&A advised BOB Capital Markets Limited (lead manager), on the fast-track rights issue of the Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited (the “Issue”) comprising of 14,16,86,767 equity shares of the Bank aggregating to INR 297.54 crore.

The Bank has undertaken an equity fundraising almost after a decade and this was Bank’s second rights issue after the year 2008.
