TT&A assisted ADB on Indian law matters in relation to its loan facility by way of an external commercial borrowing of up to USD 100 million to SK Finance Limited.
The proceeds of the loan will be used by the SK Finance Limited to finance the purchasers of electric vehicles; and to women borrowers / women-led businesses.
