TT&A advised Norfund in connection with a fund-raising round by Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited (“FPEPL”), which saw participation from IFC, ADB and DEG (“Consortium”) for an aggregate amount of USD 275 million. Such investment by the Consortium will help with FPEL’s business expansion plans which include a target portfolio of 3.5 GW of renewable energy assets by 2026.
