Ravi Prakash is a lawyer and chartered accountant with over 39 years of experience with tax law.

Ravi has extensive knowledge of tax, corporate and financial laws coupled with an intricate understanding of industry and commercial issues including promoter holding structure and succession matters.

Ravi specialises in India entry and exit tax strategy, M&A related tax, business/corporate tax, tax planning and management, tax dispute management, profit distribution and exit strategy, succession planning (including wills, estates and trusts), white collar investigations including those relating to accounting and fraud issues from a tax perspective.

He was a senior partner of AZB & Partners following which he founded Ravi Prakash Law Advisors LLP (RPLA).
