TT&A advised Westbridge in its lead investment in the USD 45 million Series B funding round of Varaha ClimateAG Private Limited (“Varaha”), a leading developer of high-integrity carbon removal project.

The deal marks WestBridge Capital’s first dedicated climate tech investment, and will help Varaha build a global carbon-removal platform from India, combining integrity, scale, and impact.
