TT&A advised International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) in grant of secured loan to Labaid Cardiac and General Hospital Limited

TT&A advised IFC in relation to the signing of the loan agreement for the grant of a secured loan of upto U$ 8,100,000 to Labaid Cardiac and General Hospital Limited. The loan will be used for the purpose of financing the construction and operation of a new 100 bed super-specialty hospital in the Uttara suburb of Dhaka in Bangladesh.
