Uzma is a Partner in the Regulatory practice at TT&A. She primarily focuses on fintech, payments and regulated intermediaries.

She has significant experience in providing end-to-end advisory and support in launch of new businesses and tech-driven financial products including retail lending business and investment advisory business in digital mode. She also has extensive experience in advising on payments system regulations, various digital lending products and neo-banking products (including prepaid wallets, buy-now-pay-later, co-lending, lending through prepaid instruments and merchant cash financings), regulatory applications, service agreements and policies and procedures for various regulated businesses. She has also advised clients on various aspects of the regulatory framework governing mutual funds, investment advisers and research analysts.

Given the evolving regulatory framework in the past years, she has been actively working with clients as they update their business models and document new arrangements that comply with the evolving guidelines.
