EXPERIENCE

Pratika specialises in inbound and outbound strategic M&A, private equity and structured financing. He has extensive experience in advising multinational corporations, private equity/ venture capital sponsors, financial institutions and founders on acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, restructurings and complex strategic transactions across industry sectors such as industrials, manufacturing, financial services, fin-tech, healthcare, space-tech, education and ed-tech, to name a few. Pratika also has experience of advising on mezzanine financing, structured financing and trade financing matters.

Pratika has been included in the list of “Future Legal Leaders” released by India Business Law Journal (IBLJ), 2025 and has been recommended by clients as a go to lawyer by Legal 500 and AsiaLaw Profile.
