Deepa Christopher is a Partner with the firm’s corporate team advising on a variety of corporate and commercial matters including establishment, acquisitions and disposals, foreign exchange laws, commercial contracts, employment advice and data protection. She has advised clients in a various sectors including financial services, insurance, healthcare, technology and retail.  She has expertise in the insurance sector and has advised several large foreign insurance partners on all aspects relating to their Indian insurance joint ventures. Deepa also has extensive experience advising on the developing data privacy regime in India and has advised companies from different sectors on Indian data privacy laws, and related issues.
