Arunav is a Partner in the Disputes practice at TT&A. Dual-qualified in India and England & Wales, Arunav has approximately 12 years of experience in handling complex and high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters, with a focus on civil, commercial, constitutional, insolvency, and regulatory disputes particularly in the EPC, FMCG, F&B, banking and technology sectors. He regularly advises clients on white collar and regulatory enforcement matters, including proceedings before SEBI, the Enforcement Directorate (PMLA/FEMA), the RBI, the SFIO, the Regional Director (MCA), and the NCLT/NCLAT.

Arunav has been recognised as a ‘Future Star’ for the India jurisdiction in the Benchmark Litigation rankings by AsiaLaw Profile, 2025 and 2026. Arunav served as a Regional Representative for Asia Pacific at the London Court of International Arbitration’s Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) from 2023 – 2025. 

Prior to joining TT&A, Arunav was a Partner Designate at Saraf and Partners for two years, and has also worked at Luthra & Luthra and Juris Corp. He is an alumnus of National Law University, Delhi and Queen Mary University of London.
