TT&A advised Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, Axis Capital Limited, and IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited) (BRLMs) on the IPO of Rentomojo Limited (Company) amounting to 12,555.67 million which comprised of a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to ₹ 1,500.00 million and an offer for sale of equity shares aggregating to 11,055.67 million by certain existing shareholders of the Company. 

The Company is the first online furniture and appliances subscription platform business to undertake the IPO in India and is also the largest online rental and subscription platform for home furniture and appliances based on live subscribers and amongst leading home furniture and appliance rental platforms in India.
